Production introduction
Bag filter cart consists of a stainless steel type filter, a pneumatic diaphragm pump, air filter and oil lubricator, single air control valve, all the components are on the cart. It can be removed to any place of the production line. The fluid flow out after filtered through out the bag, thus the impurity is intercepted in the filter bag. You can continue to use the filter system after changing the filter bag. It is very suitable to filter low, middle and high viscosity coatings, inks, paints and other fine chemical liquids.
Working principle
Pneumatic diaphragm pump sucks the raw materials from vessel to the filter shell and goes into the filter through the inlet at the side of shell. The filtrated materials are pumped into filling machine to be packed or entre into storage tank. This machine is a pressure type filter, mainly consist of filter shell, filter shell cover and quick-open structure, stainless steel filtration bag with strengthened net etc. Liquid goes into the filter through the inlet on the side of the device shell. The filter bag itself is in the strengthened net basket, qualified liquid can be obtained after going through the filter bag with required filtration level because all the impurity particles are blocked by the bag during this process. With universal wheels, the stainless steel removable cart is easy to move. No sparks during operation so that it can work during ex-proof surroundings.
