Product Introduction
Lab Inline High shear mixer is the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. It narrows the particle size of Liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials through external mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phases evenly to realize good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result. Finally the materials become stable emulsion.

Application Fields: Suitable for dispersing, emulsifying and homogenizing materials in industries such as biology, pharmacy, food, ink, textile auxiliary, cosmetics lubricants oil and fertilizer etc.
Applicable materials: Applicable for production process for solution, gel, suspension, or emulsion of solid - liquid, liquid - liquid materials such as juice, soup bases, milk production, tissue, homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifier, oil field chemicals, etc

Working Principle
Inline High Shear Mixer (single stage/ three stages) is with horizontal structure. There are one sets stator and rotor in narrow working chamber. The stator and rotor is double coupling design with high matching precision. The central shaft driven by the motor rotating at a high speed vacuumizes the gap of the rotor and stator, which suck the materials into the stator-and - rotor chamber. Rotor drive by the strong kinetic energy creates high liner speed, which puts the materials under comprehensive action of strong crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction etc between the precision-engineered gap of the stator. After processed, the materials are flying out and generate strong turbulence under the action of forces from different directions.
This process can circulate for circulate for times to obtain finished production with high and stable quality.
